Land of a Thousand Islands
After an exhausting, 740-step climb to El Peñón ("The Rock of Guatapé", commonly known as La Piedra, "the stone"), a huge monolythic formation by a lake spotted with countless islands and peninsulas, a magnificaent sight revealed itself. I shot the beautiful sunset, staying long after the closing hours (to the constant protests of the guy in charge, who simply wanted to go home...) to marvel at the view.
